You need to provide veterinary records showing proof of spaying/neutering and full vaccinations, or commit to having these procedures done when the pet is old enough. Failure to comply with the rules will require removal of the pet or ending of the tenancy. |

How to apply
Email theview@thebloomgroup.org to state your interest. We will send you our application form for The View.
Once you’ve been approved and made our wait list, we’ll book a viewing appointment with you.
We’ll ask you for proof of your income. This will include your previous year’s Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue Agency, recent income statements such as pay stubs and pension receipts (including Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, and Guaranteed Income Supplement), and bank statements.
If we don’t have a suite available, you will be placed on a waitlist. We’re unable to estimate the waiting time due to factors beyond our control.
